How to return an item

If you need to return or change your order for any reason, we are here to help you! We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return the product in exchange for a direct refund using the original payment method.

Please, take note of the following exceptions to our return policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or changed.

Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in their original packaging.

Returned items must not show any visible signs of use.

How do I return a product to Freedompro?

Complete the following steps:

A - Access the online return portal

Go to the dedicated area.

Enter your email address and order number

B - Print the return confirmation email and pack the product

Print the return confirmation email

Insert the print in the package, together with the product, pack the box in order that it is not damaged during the way


C - Send the package

Inside the package insert:

Product, packed according to directions

Return acceptance email

Printed order

After a positive evaluation of the product, we will immediately make the refund. Depending on the rules of the payment method used, the timing will vary.

The shipping costs are charged to the customer, who, will have to take care of the shipment of the package.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you have used. Shipping costs are not refundable, so you will receive the amount of the product.
