How to return an order
Have you changed your mind or encountered a problem with your order? No problem, we are here to help you. In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return products purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, without having to provide any reason.
How to initiate a return request
To request a return, follow these simple steps:
- Log into your account on freedompro.eu
- Go to the Order section and select the order for which you want to request a return
- Click on ‘Access the returns section’ at the bottom of the order page and enter your email address.
- Enter the unique code received by email
- Select the product(s) you wish to return.
- In the top right-hand corner, click on ‘Manage’ and then on ‘Request return’ and send the request, making sure to indicate the reason for the return
- Wait for our team's authorisation and return instructions
Please note: to complete the return procedure, please ensure that the product is intact and includes all accessories.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety, integrity and in its original packaging and/or sealed; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
- The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and sealed as at origin;
- To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting it in a second box; - Avoid in any case affixing labels or adhesive tape directly on the original product packaging;
- Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
- The sums paid for the purchase of the returned product will be refunded once the return is received. In the case of items purchased with free shipping, the costs incurred by us for shipping will still be retained following the return.
The right of withdrawal lapses
The right of withdrawal lapses, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Freedompro ascertains
- the lack of the outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging where existing
- the absence of integral elements of the product
- the product is damaged for reasons other than its transport.
How will the refund be made?

- la mancanza della confezione esterna e/o dell'imballo interno originale, ove esistenti
- l'assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto
- il prodotto risulti danneggiato per cause diverse dal suo trasporto.
Is the cost of shipping also reimbursed?
Vengono rimborsate anche le spese di spedizione?
How is the refund calculated on orders with free shipping?
For orders with free shipping, the refund will be made net of the shipping cost incurred by us.
Example: total order € 100 with free shipping, the refund will be € 90.00 because € 10.00 (e.g.) shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted.
How is the refund calculated on orders where a discount code has been applied?
For total refunds, a refund will always be made net of the shipping cost incurred by us.For partial refunds, a refund will be made net of the value of the discount code used including the shipping costExample: partial refund on a product with a value of € 100 to which a discount code of 10% has been applied, for a new product value of € 90, the partial refund will be € 83.50, from which the cost of shipping costs incurred for the return will be deducted.
