Find out how to return a Freedompro product

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. Please follow the steps below to find out how.

Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging (complete with outer packaging, product, quick guide and additional label).

Returned items should have no visible signs of use.

Make sure you are logged in to with the account you used to make your purchase, if not, it is essential that you are logged in.

Fill in the return form at this page.

Fill in the form indicating the model, the serial number of the device and the reason why you are requesting the return.

What is the serial code: it is the unique identification code of the product, it consists of 8 digits and can be found with the wording SN - XXXXXXXXXX.

It can be found on the bottom of the product box, on the right side of the product and on the label inside the product packaging.

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your return request.

Wait for the email with the result of the evaluation of the return request. If the request is accepted, print the email and attach it to the package.

Send the package, inserting inside it:
- the packed product, the sales package, including:
+ outer packaging
+ intact product
+ additional label
+ quick guide
- the email accepting the return (point 5)
- proof of purchase (printout of the order).

After a positive evaluation of the product, we will immediately issue a refund, which you will be notified of. Depending on the rules of the payment method used, the timeframe will vary.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used. Shipping costs are not refundable, so you will receive the cost of the product.

Shipping costs

The return shipping costs are to be taken care of by the customer, who, independently, must take care of the shipment of the package.
